I joined Snag in 2022 when the company operated four locations. I led brand systems, content, and UI/UX across the app, marketing, and physical touchpoints, partnering closely with engineering to integrate design into the product itself. Over three years, I built scalable systems that helped Snag grow to 11 locations and develop a cult following on campuses. By designing for participation, not polish alone, I made UGC easy, natural, and self-sustaining.
